Quick summary: so I'm a neutral runner that midfoot strikes. I used to heelstrike, and during this period I used the T6 and loved them, but now that my gait has changed the heel just feels a bit too high when I'm doing speedwork.
I'd like to switch to a model with a little lower heel to toe drop, but still enough cushioning to carry me through some of my workouts up to 10K in distance. I've heard good things about some of Adidas' models... should I give the Mana or Adios a try? Thanks in advance
