Kill Dairy. You will notice a huge difference.
Kill snacking or limit it. This is where a lot of weight gain comes from, and it increases hunger.
Limit sugar intake, and eat natural sugar, basically, sugar that is found in fruits and vegetables. Stay away from high fructose corn syrup and refined sugars.
Set up a eating schedule, where you are eating 3-4 times a day, nothing more.
Dinner should be your biggest portion, with breakfast and dinner being small or medium portions.
breakfast - lunch- dinner
or
breakfast - lunch - light pre-meal meal ( around 3-4 pm) - dinner ( 7pm-9pm...or 2 hours before bed time)
EAT SOME KIND OF VEGETABLE EVERY DAY, especially with your dinner.
Eat real food: Meat. Vegetables. Fruit. Nuts. Try not to add a lot of sauces or or condiments to your food, go with seasoning for flavor. Seasoned sauted onions over a chicken breast or a cut of steak or beef is way better than using ketchup, steak sauce, or cream sauce. There are a lot of unnatural and unnecessary ingredients in those items, which can lead to unwanted calories and unwanted sugar level spikes
So say no to sauces. And yes to Seasoning.
There is nothing wrong with eating a REAL taco, REAL burger or REAL hot dog, etc. The issue is with how those foods are prepared and cooked.
