If your going to advertise your book here you should at least offer something with substance for the average Letsrunner.
Listen, we know the difference between a Long run, steady state run, Fartlek, tempo, etc. (and the million other categories you classify runs into). Give us some specific schedules, workouts, testimonials.....something new. Most people here aren't hobbyjoggers.
If you are catering toward the beginner/hobbyjogger (and seriously dont try to cater to both the beginner and competitive runner - they both have different needs/goals, etc. - choose one or the other), then don't make things so complicated - why do you have to distinguish between a "pick-up" run and a "fartlek" - the differences are so subtle that it will onlyu confuse the beginner.
Also its not a free book - its 35 pages of generic info. Shame on you for plugging it as such
