54, male. can anyone suggest what my indoor times for the 200m, 400m, 800m. mile and 3000m might be this year based on being able to do typical workouts like this recent workout (huge winds to 30mph) 10x300m at 1:07 on 90 sec rest, 3x150m at 26 sec on 3 min rest, 600m at 2:10, 400m at 1:17, 200m at 36.5 (each with about 20 min rest)
