I'm an incoming freshman female runner running in college both xc and track. I have always seen myself as someone who enjoys track much more than xc. I am trying to become a very competitive xc runner. I have been working really hard on all my runs this summer given to me by my coach. I have done weight lifting and core work but I feel like I need to be doing much more? I want to take my xc running to a different level and really show people I can do well on the track and on an xc course. Any suggestions?
