I am trying to get back in shape after injury. While I was injured I did lots of core work, usually the exercises from Matt Fitzgerald's book Brain Training. Recently, I was told that I was leaning back too much while I was running. What could cause this? Granted, I am still getting back in shape and not yet comfortable with running all the paces yet.
Other info: I stand a lot, so my hip flexors aren't tight, not an over-strider, actually my stride is small, not too much up and down movement and low to the ground, but my knees don't come up very much and there isn't much kick back, and like I asked, I'd like to put more energy forward so that I don't waste energy braking.
Any ideas?
