i hurt my hip in the begging of march. At the end of a long hard track workout it tightened up so bad i couldnt walk porperly. It was only to days after my first steeple of the season. The trainer says its a hip flexor strain. After cross trainig and trying to get through for 2 more months, it never got better and i ended up taking off almost a month. it felt fine after that month and i have now been doing bas for a month. The past few weeks however, the pain has started to come back to me as a dull pain starting right at my hip bone. it doesnt hurt while running but it does when im sitting arounnd. any advice? i am afraid one i start to try to do hard workouts it will get worse
