Kyle Brady in the 5 and 10. NCC for the triple crown.
I "Chass"pire to improve every "Chass"pect of my life.
the girls 5k will be good, the girls in the top seeds are all good runners and pretty much the same. they could run 10k as well.

Ok, so it seems as though the thread has died. Let's revive it...
Give some predictions in the sprints! 100, 200, 400... WHO YA GOT!?
100 men- Delanie Spriggs (Salisbury)
200 men- Eric Woodruff (Moravian)
400 men- Alex Eaton (Thiel) or Dan Benton (NCC)
Headley in the 100.

Who is the "huge clown from dickinson"?
Nick Karwoski, best known for a series of third place finishes in Centennial Conference meets.
I'm in Kosgei's league (not talent-wise, but schoolwise), and I can tell you he hasn't been at any meets that his team has, watching or competing.
Kosgei not listed on the Hamilton roster, so he looks to be not competing.

400m- Gino Bisceglia (SUNY Cortland)
He barely made finals at indoor nationals... you think he can win it all outdoor? The main reason he made nationals is because of that joke of a meet up in Boston (BU Valentine's Day)! You know, where like 7 other guys qualified for nationals... then they never ran that fast again. Not even close for most of them.
Predictions for the Men's Distance Races:
800:
1 - Bofa
2 - Kehoe
3 - Cash
1500:
1 - Armstrong
2 - Brainerd
3 - Turlip
Steeple:
1 - Gillis
2 - Lee
3 - Karwoski
5000:
1 - Berube
2 - Karwoski
3 - Ramsey
10000:
1 - Spain
2 - Heymann
3 - Flynn

Oh really? That's why he's tied for first in DIII right now, and has already ran a 48.2, 48.6, and split a 47.4 this outdoor season.
No Guarino in the 1500?

Throw splits out the window since there is no verification on that actual time. WOW! He is tied for the lead right now! Oh wait. This looks familiar, kind of like indoors. He ran an awesome time and led the nation all season... then barely broke 50 in the prelims and wasn't even close to breaking 50 in the finals at nationals. Time will tell, time will tell! I have a feeling he won't be #1 after this weekend.
he dislocated his shoulder half-way through indoor, couldn't train for a month
Yea, Guarino should be in there...
On another note, Brainerd out of nowhere w/ 3:50.97. True it was a conversion for altitude, but still pretty damn quick. I'm pretty sure he and armstrong are in the same conference. That would be fun practice race.
what times do people think will get in for the 8,15,5,10....
pulling out some times that will go based on history and hunches for this year
1:51.7 in the 800
3:52.5 in the 1500
14:34 in the 5000
30:40 in the 10000
9:17 in the steeple
Jesse Faller ran 14:17 this past weekend, he's got to be up there in the 5 and 10 at nationals.
Brady and Spain of North Central also run good 5ks that should qualify, along with four other teammates getting Provos. NC guys generally tend to run well at nationals, so I'd have to think they'll be competitive in the two longer events, especially the 10k.
Ty Griffin runs 3:53 winning his race, though its still a mystery to me how he won nationals last year given how much of an anomaly that performance was.
I'm a fan of Cortland and a graduate but have nothing in the way of distance running to root for since the new coach (Coach of the year in region based upon recruits brought in by coach's before his time) has taken over. Everybody was excited when they won DIII Nat's in XC then watched as he turned them into a sad bunch of broken runners. How many DIII National champs in XC can say they went from that to the state the team is in now???? Cortland better look at what has happened since they hired this coach Patrick and do something about it before the rest of the SUNYAC starts beating them up pretty badly.

Are you a recent graduate who ran for Moran and/or Patrick or did you run for Daniels? Also, what should they have done when Moran left if hiring Patrick was a mistake? What do you suggest they do now moving forward? I don't have an opinion one way or the other. I'm just curious what you think.
Patrick may not seem like he knows what he's doing, but just about every one of his athletes (throughout ever event) has improved. How has Seamus Nally become a professional runner if he was "broken"? How has Gino Bisceglia gone from a good high school runner to a nationally top ranked sprinter?
Even if Steve Patrick doesn't know what he's doing, he brings in the people who do know, such as C. Fred Joslyn (Distance), and Marques Dexter (National Assistant Jumps Coach of the year?)
blah blah blah, I want predictions and related discussion, not talk about cortland's coaching
