So who's going to be taking home the distance titles? Can North Central complete the triple crown? So many questions.

Guarino looked pretty dominant in the mile indoors and i would expect to see the same in 1500 outdoors.
Emmanuel Bofa just ran a 1:48 and should come back from not making the finals indoor to contend for the title outdoors.
Brady and Berube should probably be up there in the 5 and 10k outdoors, but I'd expect it to be fairly wide-open similar to the 5k indoors.
Unless Kosgei comes back the steeple could be wide-open as well.
NCC will take the team title again if their pole vaulters can all stay healthy. They should score another 20 point in that event alone.
In the distances, don't count out NCC's Mike Spain. He wasn't healthy during indoor, but started to get back to his normal self come the end of indoors. He should be ready to roll in the 5k and/or 10k in another month.
Keene State duo of Peter Najem and Allison Chamberlain to claim both the Men's and Women's 800m titles.
What is the deal with Kosgei? Injured, or did he quit running after losing to Flynn?
the latter.
I predict Dan Ramsey wins something.
Kyle O'Brien in the steeple, 8:47
I have heard people say that Kosgei quit, that he is injured, and even that he went pro. What is the deal? Can someone give me more than a three word answer?
Supposedly the dude never ran at Hamilton, he would show up to practice hungover and not do workouts or even easy runs. He would legitimately just go out and race. I heard from someone on the team with him that he just decided he didn't really enjoy running and quit.
Ricky from LC in the 10k
usually obrien seems not to do as amazing in indoor, but this year he looked like shit. at conference meet he ran 8:56 when his steeple pr is 8:57. even with just regular base training that should not happen lol. he wont be running sub8:50 lete alone sub 9 minutes in the steeple this year
Ricky Flynn sucks. He got beat by that huge clown from Dickinson, and that pussy Ramsey from St. Lawrence in the indoor 5k. He's done.
Berube for the 5/10 double, stamping himself as the frontrunner for the XC title in the fall. Spain and Brady not far behind in both.
Amazing! Apparently Peter Kosgei hated running and quit, got injured, suffered psychologically after losing a race when he had swine flue, went pro, and never actually ran. Of course, all this information came from some people who we know who go to Hamilton. What will he do next? Someone on Hamilton's track team told me he was taking up sprinting...
i have 2 words for kosegi's future: line backer
Some solid performances this weekend. Flynn threw down a pretty good 5k and the NCC guys had a decent 10k. Anything else this weekend?
Pretty solid showing by NYU men and women at Princeton friday night. Turlip ran 3:50, Lee 9:10?
Faller 30:13 in his first ever 10k. Pretty impressive for a kid who only runs 30-40mpw. Split 15:15, 14:58.
The "huge clown from Dickinson" ran 14:21 at Princeton this weekend as well.
Spain and Brady from North Central rann 30:09 and 30:06
I have a hard time believing Faller runs 30-40 mpw. What is your source on that?
