Haven't bothered to click your link but most times, a conservative approach of therapy is better than surgery. However, it would take longer so athletes opt for the surgery. Not sure about Paulas case.
You should read through the whole thing. It must be somewhat legitimate for such a claim to be made. ESWT is only approved by the FDA for tennis elbow and plantar fasciitis. This is a Canadian clinic. I read through it and found it to be a very innovative way of analyzing bunions, and it made sense. ESWT was first used for dissolving kidney stones.What do I know though, I'm just a high schooler.
