Since clearly this is the real deal, let's talk realistically. Being a man who has played hoops with many very talented women, I will make the following observations.
In favor of UConn-
-The women's ball is tough to get used to and probably reduces any man's basketball proficiency from 3-5%.
-The women will run plays and be well organized on offense, meaning they will, most likely, get some open looks from the perimeter. They rarely take bad shots and they move the ball around quickly.
In favor of the Gauchos-
-If they have anybody that can block shots, he's probably going to block 15-20 of them. One thing that has never been explained by science or sociology is why female basketball players have no leaping ability whatsoever. Someone please enlighten me. As a result, they aren't used to playing against people that can jump. The Gauchos will need a shotblocker, otherwise it will be a layup line for UConn.
-The Gauchos have a stamina advantage, because women's basketball is more geared toward half court sets than an up-and-down game. If the Gauchos have someone that can run the break, they could blow the game wide open.
My prediction:
The Gauchos spring to an early lead thanks to interior defense, a relentless full court press, and the fast break. However, since they are only three players deep, according to that dude on their sprint team, they start to break down in the second half. UConn calmly pulls even and then takes the lead with a minute left. The Gauchos, who have never run a set play in their lives, falter down the stretch and UConn rolls to a seven point victory because they make all their foul shots.
