sorry, you can't take PED's because they provide an unfair advantage.
you can however train for years, get strength, speed and experience and then come and start your NCAA time during what very well may be the peak of your career, because there is nothing unfair about that.
don't mind that the majority of american universities are public, funded by american tax payers and theoritically perhaps should put first priority on developing the domestic talent that finishes high school as a teenager and enters college as that same teenager.
for americans the eligibility clock should start after high school and be up at 5 years and for anyone else it should end at 24 (which would still give foreigners 1-2 years on most american students).
i believe rupp has an unused indoor track season, maybe he should pick up some classes and do a threepeat repeat next year.
