Another week of gentle but frequent runs to get back into a more regular training pattern. Only about 50kms but ran every day. Also a couple of solid efforts on the mountain bike and 3 sessions in the kyak incl. a 2hr plus paddle.

1980. 3.01, Traralgon Marathon.
4 weeks later 2.55 Melbourne Marathon.

1983. 2.54, Sydney Marathon.
1984. 2.43, Canberra Marathon.
1991. 2.53, South Melbourne Marathon.
1992. 2.53, Melbourne Marathon.
1994. 2.58, Melbourne Marathon.
1995. 2.58, Melbourne Marathon.
2000. 2.57, Traralgon Marathon.
