Does anybody out there suffer from this. I posted under another post that every fall this time of year my running starts to go downhill. I also start to struggle in my classes and have trouble getting enough sleep even though I goto sleep earlier than I did in the summer. I also find myslef eating a lot more, I've actually put 10 pounds on. I've always thought it was a fall cold that just never got better or allergies because it happens every year from end of september to middle of january. I've also had trouble conentrating in classes. Would going tanning once a week or taking vitamins help with this?
I need to get back in running shape. I'm getting my ass kicked and it's really patheic because I was in 26 min shape for the 8k a few months ago now I stuggle to run 5 miles because of the fatigue I've been having. Any help would be appretiated. This isn't the first time it's happened either. It's happend that last 4-5 years and just thought it was due to allergies or a brutal cold that kicked my butt, but it has to be something like this or an unknown allergy.
