I recently completed my first marathon and my legs have not recovered well. Does anyone know of a shoe that helps with recovery/muscle fatigue? I am willing to try anything to ease back into running with less pain...

I'm not sure how long ago we're talking about, but it takes most people a little while to recover from a Marathon. You do alot more damage to your body than you realize, and it just needs time to recover from it. Unfortunately, there's not much that you can do to hurry along the process.
Most people (including elite's) tend to take 1-2 weeks off with no running at all. They then reintroduce running slowly & gently, taking 2-3 weeks to get to a modest mileage level.
So...just take it easy, listen to your body, and don't push too much too soon.
