Where has this been officially reported?

No he's not he's moving to Portland.
Brad never wanted to move to Eugene because he was paranoid that NIKE (Alberto) would take him away. It looks like his paranoia was justified.
If he moves to Al Sal or Jerry then I am sure Nike was invilved. Not sure about the move to Michigan...who would he work with? Regardless he needs to forget about the marathon for a year or so and get his times in the shorter distance down to where they should be.

No, he really doesn't.
COME TO OREGON!!!!
my guess is al sal too. it seems like it would be a good fit for him after all... brad was good but al was better in their days of the marathon... and i know it doesnt have much to do with coaching but hes down incredible things with kara... this is undeniable
OK, maybe you want to get in touch with Hall and Terrance and tell them to forget about trying to get Ryan in sub 4 mile shape this summer. Also let them know any other brilliant ideas that you may have.
He should stay far, far away from AlSal.
Why? What does any of that have to do with your comment? You might just want to STFU if you're that ignorant.

I agree wih you. I am not sure that Mahon has a good grasp of the marathon. He has a good grasp of Ryan Hall but who else? He started coaching Deena after she was already an Olympic Medalist. She hasn't run sub 2:25 in a couple years. O'Neill has totally underachieved in the marathon.

Ritz has been a Nike athlete for 5 years. I'm pretty sure this is his own decision.
Say what you want about Al Sal, but the cold, hard facts are that he has done incredible things with Rupp, the Gouchers (yes, even Adam before he got too old) and Yoder-Begley.
If he does get some coaching from Salazar, would this be a huge surprise? He's mentioned him as an advisor for years.
Hall is going back to the track to work on his speed at shorter distances which he has neglected since turning to the marathon. He and his coach feel this will help him run a better marathon in the long run. I am suggesting ritz do the same thing. This rut of running two marathons a year is not the best way to prepare for long term success. As a famous man once said " the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results."
Fred Ex: Thanks for another timely delivery.......by the way, you look great in those shorts!!

With all the rule-bending and an unlimited budget that Salazar has, I Love Peeps would do better than that.
Salazar has a long history of failures, especially in the marathon.
Glad you like my shorts...what do you think Ritz should do.
ritz should go to mammoth to train with hall. then they run the same marathons and team up against all of africa.
