Alright for the last two years in the fall XC season, I've gotten really bad colds that have turned into sinus infections. Last year after I got of antibiotics my legs were dead from October to Jan, the same exact thing has happened this year again. I saw the doctor and I just got off antibiotocs (I was on them for 10 days), and my legs aren't moving at all. I tried to do a five mile run at 7:10 pace and wound up running three because I was so tired. I don't want to loose as much time as I did last year.
Have any of you ever experienced anyhitng like this?
Is there anyway I can just get over the fatiuge and start racing/training again?
Are there also any ways to just prevent getting colds, my freind that ran at Arkansaw said they get vitamin shots, but what vitamin shots should I get and do they work?
Also if you have any tips on avoiding sinus infections or colds or anything I would apprecite it greatly, I ran a 32 min 8k and and am really desperate to get back into shape, thanks, Tim
