I live in Central Florida and because of work scheduling/heat I do most of my runs on the treadmill.
Has anyone had success doing most of their runs this way? It is only base building time, but I don't want to be running too easy/too hard right now.
Is it easier or harder for you to do runs on the TM (Ignoring the boring aspect of it)?
Would say 645 pace on the TM at the 1% incline everyone always talks about equal to 7:00 pace?
