Hello all! Its been nearly 4 years since I have followed a running plan. Since then, I have just been lazy but began to do yoga about 6 months ago. I have done a few 4 mile runs recently and they were great! Now, I need that runner's high again. I just graduated college (today) and my freshman year I was doing about 40mpw and had a 4:18 1600m under my belt. Now I wanna build a BIG AND STRONG base of miles to do some 5k races for fun. My short term goal is sub 18 minutes. How can I build up a base after a long layoff from running and LETSRUN.COM?
PS: Im in no rush to race again...just wanna begin somewhere
