Did Joggers World or some other "health" magazine recently have an article about running backwards and sideways?
Why do I ask?
Because in the past two days, I have seen not one, not two, not three, but FOUR runners out running backwards, including one alternating between running backwards and sidestepping like a crab while jogging. I spotted them in different parts of town and all were solo.
If I saw one guy out doing this, okay, I'd probably chuckle and move on. But four? All on the same weekend?
