To elaborate on the detailed post from the other guy, most likely not. For one, the vitamins take a while to get out of your system (at least enough for a noticeable difference) so it wouldn't be immediate. Also, unless you are actually deficient in vitamins due to poor nutrition or some medical reason you are probably getting enough vitamins from your food anyway and full multivitamins are probably not even necessary (there may be some vitamins you may want more of but probably not a multi). If that's the case then your body won't even miss the multi. My guess is you have a problem somewhere else that is leading you to feel bad but I won't even begin to speculate.
If you want help about why you are feeling dead-legged maybe share other things that are going on with you. Are you eating properly? Could you be sick? Any aches/pains anywhere? Has your training changed a lot? Getting enough sleep?
