Recently, when I was running (on asphalt and a dirt trail), there was a "sharp" pain that I felt on the inside of my shin. I felt the area, and the bone does not seem to be hurting when I touch it. It's basically the bottom part of the inside of my shin, the part were the muscle touches the bone. I'm not sure if this is tendinitis and I will get it diagnosed, but what exactly is the treatment for this? Will this significantly stop my my training? Thanks.
