I can't think of any.
I can't think of any.
Phil Lynott of Thin Lizzy was black and Irish, and he took a lot of chemicals.
Niels Bohr
Off the top of the old head...
Irish - Boyle, of Boyle's Law. Helluva chemist.
Black - George Washington Carver, created a recipe for peanut butter (I know he was a botanist, but this was definitely magic chemistry).
Scandinavian - Bohr was a physicist, no? Would Alfred Nobel count as a chemist?
Neils Bohr was Danish. I presume you've heard of him.
Danes Aage Bohr and Ben Mottelson also won the Nobel prize for Physics, and Jens Schou won it for Chemistry.
Irishman Ernest Walton won the Nobel prize for Physics.
Finn Artturi Ilmari Virtanen won the Pize for Chemistry.
Norwegian Ivar Giaever won it for Physics. Odd Hassel and Lars Onsager won for Chemistry.
Swedes Kai Siegbahn, Karl Manne Siegbahn, Gustaf Dalén, and Hannes Alfvén won for Physics. Svante Arrhenius, Theodor Svedberg, Hans von Euler-Chelpin, Arne Tiselius won for Chemists.
Is that enough?
Jeez, here's an easy one...
Alfred Bernhard Nobel born October 21, 1833, Stockholm, Sweden Swedish chemist, engineer, innovator, armaments manufacturer and the inventor of dynamite. He owned Bofors, a major armaments manufacturer, which he had redirected from its previous role as an iron and steel mill. In his last will, he used his enormous fortune to institute the Nobel Prizes.

Schrodinger, Boyle, Walton, Callan and Google should have popped into your tiny mind almost immediately.
Yes, Schrodinger. And yes, Google. Schrodinger was half Irish, and Google allows you to find out the answer to almost any question, no matter how stupid you are.
And bear in mind that Scandinavian countries and Ireland are tiny in population in comparison with (say) Germany, Britain, France, Italy, Russia...
