Andrew Carlson of Team USA Minnesota won in 18:12 for the 4-mile course, a new course record. Carmen Douma-Hussar was the women's winner, also in a course record, but I don't know the time.
If the time is correct, that's a great run for Carlson. The previous course record of 18:28 was set in 2004.
Douma-Hussar ran 20:54, a women's record for the course

That's b/c it's technically a fun run (unscored). They generally time the top 10 M & W, plus any celebs who run (like Marcus O'S last year).
I don't think they took down any more times. If they are going to have an elite race they ought to score the race in my humble opinion. I would like to know what the other elites ran in addition to those listed. I ran in the 20:40s (I'm not sure since I didn't stop my watch when I crossed since I turned around to watch the women's sprint finish) which isn't great but it would have been nice to know where I had finished. I'm curious if I cracked the top 30. I am aware that this was a "fun run," understand the conditions I signed up to run the race, and I paid the pretty high cost for entry, but I think it would be nice if it was scored since they bring in a pretty good elite field. I think they should start chip timing this race, or at least score the top 20 or so.
its not a fun run if prize money is handed out, which it was. where are the results?
It's a fun run with a few invited elites. Actually, the men's scoring down to 8th place is deeper than they've ever gone before.
Okay, what's next?
places 9-20, thats whats next...where is it?
Yeah, although there weren't any results, I am almost positive that you cracked the top 20 because I believe I did so and I finished right before you. I had a good view of the front runners for the 1st 2 miles and I think there was only like 2 other guys who weren't mentioned in the results ahead of me. But yeah it would have been nicer to to know for sure what place some finished. Or if not that, a bigger bag of nuts. I finished mine in no time
