I'm a 17 year old runner who runs about 50-55 miles a week and had a fairly hard week this last week. in the afternoon the day after my first indoor track race of the year (in a crappy facility on basically a gym floor), the area behind my knee started hurting quite acutly, but i still can manage to run with the pain. it hurts when i walk, is somewhat tight and felt a little better a day later after icing. will this just go away? it didnt start and get progressively worse, it just kind of happened instantly. do baker's cysts do this? is that possibly it? help is must appreciated sorry about the length
