I would agree with this. I would also like to add that something I hate a great deal about running is the trolls at the letsrun forum.
Injuries and hot weather running.
1. Stomach Problems
2. Heat/Humidity
3. Craig Mottram
Hot weather running, injuries, stupid coaches, speed workouts
...but a winter of base training is the greatest thing on earth!
The worst part is being questioned over and over again by my family, co-workers, and friends about Lance Armstrong, and why the New York marathon publicized a cheat like him by letting him run.
