I expect that a lot of Letsrunners are really competitive and some are even bad losers (I'll kick your butt next time). What is your attitude towards your adversaries? Are you magnanimous in victory and defeat?

Who I beat is a secondary thing. I set my goals and try to reach them. If I beat a certain someone fine, if I don't no big deal. I can't control what other runners do. I worry about myself. I have certain locals that sometimes I beat them and sometimes they beat me. And there's no animosity. We're out there doing our best on that day and when it's over we shake hands, shoot the shit, talk about the race and set our sites on the next race. There's a great group of guys in my area. I feel very fortunate.
