I heard the famous 'Michigan' workout invovles something like 2k-1600-1200-800-400 with 2k run in between at good pace, but am not sure. I'd like to try it so would like to know more:
Pls could someone post the right distances, confirm if it's 2k in between the track reps and indicate what kind of paces one should hit, eg is goal 10k pace for the longer reps/1500 pace for the 400 rep and (maybe) marathon pace for recoveries, or different to that? Thanks.
Also, anyone care to report the performances of well known runners when they've completed this workout.
