I have had some pretty pesky PF for a while now and can't get rid of it, even with time off. I have heard a lot of mention on here about the strasbourg sock. How well does this work?

It gave me the most instant relief (didn't hurt as much when getting out of bed) and I believe it helped me keep running, but it wasn't a long term solution. I'm not exactly sure what finally rid me of PF (knock on wood) after running with it for more than a year, but I did go to shoes with less cushion, which I believe helped (went from wave creation to wave rider to wave precision over time). PF seems to be one of those things where the "cure" is different for everybody. The sock is definitely worth giving a shot.
