The Tigers barely hung on to beat an overrated Jayhawks team. It's a joke that Mizzou is No. 1 in the BCS. Might as well have Hawaii in the top spot!

That's old news. Lets talk about the Seminoles eliminating the Gaytors from XC Nationals :-)

Shoot...CU even beat OU, they could beat MU!
Mizzou is definitely good. Very good. But anybody looking at it from an unbiased viewpoint must admit that the Tigers are not a #1 team. Maybe #5 or #6 but there is a handful of teams that could and would beat them. Jayhawks played them too close. Let's be serious now. #1?!?! C'mon.
Jayhawks and Mizzou were both #1 by default. If Mizzou survives the Sooners WVU will destroy them. WVU is the best team in the nation...provided they don't beat themselves with turnovers.
This year more than any other we need a 4 or 8 team playoff. Each team in the top 10 could win a title game on any given Sunday....

I hope Oklahoma wins this weekend so the Bucks can get in the game...don't know how they would handle WVU's spread offense though
KU was never #1. Aren't you the same guy who said last week KU will not lose another game this season?!? Now, somehow, they were #1 by default (even though they were never #1).Other than the MU v. KU game, how many people here have watched an MU game from start to finish? I have - quite a few, so I know that they are a very good team. Are they #1? Who knows, and NO MATTER what system the NCAA uses, people are going to gripe. After all, how are you going to figure out who the top eight teams are to send to the playoffs - either (1) polls or (2) conference champs, which will probably send a weak stinker in every year. And why give Mizzou grief over the present system - we didn't create it. We are subject to the same rules as every other team (except for maybe that final conference championship game - another story).Since I haven't had a chance to watch much of Florida or WVU, I'm not going to come on this board and make claims that I think they will be destroyed in any particular game. Personally, I think it has been a great season for football, and I'm enjoying the ride. Great games, great players, and some new teams at the top. Really, does anybody think it's really good for the NFL to have NE in the Super Bowl every year? Who wants to watch the same teams year in and year out. I don't think the world is going to end b/c Notre Dame isn't in a bowl game and USC isn't playing for the championship.Worry about how good the games are, not what uniforms the players are wearing. Seriously, raise your hand if you think that last year's championship game was all that awesome to watch for anybody else but Florida fans serious OSU haters. Geez... OSU had the ball for less than 20 minutes the whole game.

CU lost to Mizzou 55-10 at home. It's the only game this year where CU didn't even belong on the same field, including all their games with ranked opponents. Mizzou is much better than people realize. They just don't realize that they don't realize it yet.
