indoors track is a waste of jizz
my favourite session is 100m sprint, 100 walk continuously but i don't like winter track very much - prefer outdoor.
i love indoor too but i find it hard or almost impossible to peak for xc, indoor, and outdoor, so it seems logical to sacrifice indoor.

True. It can also be hard to get in good training in the winter, especially if you live somewhere without a decent indoor track. Where I lived the track was often covered in ice and snow, and the only place to run was on snowplowed roads. Obviously it wasn't bad all the time, but it did cause you to have to alter your training.

I agree. Indoor should be nixed completely and at all levels. I always burned out just as outdoor was beginning. I hated indoor.
