Alright, my friend and I had an argument the other night on how fast Mo Greene, at the peak of his running career could run in the mile (assuming he only got one shot at it). I said it was no faster than 4:40 becuase he probobly didn't do any distance training, nor does he know how to race the mile. I also figured he was probobly carrying too much weight to run really fast. My friend thought he could run under 4:20 becuase he's an awesome athlete and he was still doing at least 4-5 miles a day in sprints, then lifting weights, plyometrics, ect...
So I would like to see what everyone think about this, and some philosophy about why would be nice too.
