On my 10 mile run today, thinking about my goal for this track season i relized that i always breath in through my mouth and out my mouth. Then i remember being told to breath in through the nose out the mouth. I started at about the 4th mile breathing this way for the rest of the run. At first i felt light-headed and thought i was going to pass out.Thought it was too slow of breathing and i was gonna pass out, but after relaxing and getting in good rythm it felt fine, but not like my run had a different feeling from the in the mouth out the mouth way.
Would i benifit from breathing in this "right" way of through the nose out the mouth, or does it not really matter?
Anyone with advice or personal experience?
