I have a stress reaction my leg. The MRI said it is in the process of healing. I took a few days off and it doesnt hurt that much any more, just a few random pains. Is it ok to run a few miles on it once every few days?

how bad did the stress reaction hurt before you went to get an MRI? I'm just curious..
a stress reaction means that it is ready to turn into a stress fracture. You should probably just take a couple weeks rest until it doesn't hurt at all. If you try to run and it starts to hurt more then you are looking at about 2-3 months rest.
Geez Louize, stop! It is thanksgiving week. I'd say take 2 weeks off and just chill out and spend good quality time with family and friends. Recover and Rejuvinate.
