Last year coaches of at-large teams were called, by their regional reps, minutes after the decision was made. If that has happened everyone would already know who made it because every tool associated with an at-large team would be all over the message board.
You are going to have to wait until tomorrow for DI. Get some rest.
you must be saying that the coaches whose teams made it out are tools, because your team bombed yesterday. true? it makes perfect sense for a team who made it out to be excited and want people to know about it.
a focking hour late?! post it already!

That is absolutely false. I coached an at-large team last year, and i found out the same way you guys did.
Why did you even respond to the tool comment? It makes you look like one of the tools!
Also, sorry to say you are wrong about the team. They ran great. They always do at Regionals.
Okay. Last year some coaches of at-large teams received phone calls from their reps on the Championship Committee. Sorry if you did not get a call. My statement was not absolutely false. In fact, the following statement IS absolutely false:

You did not find out the same way as those that received calls.
wtf are you talking about? if someone got an off-the-record courtesy call then so be it. But the protocol is that everyone suffers until the official announcement is made. Stop grandstanding, because you don't know $hit.I know too much wrote:

My post was in response to yours. You said my statement about getting a call was false and that everyone found out the same way. Based on all the facts presented in both our posts the false statement was yours. You do understand the difference between facts and non-facts ... don't you?
Furthermore, I am not grandstanding. I can not help that you feel left out. I got a call ... what can I freaking say (I didn't ask for the call and I certainly didn't expect it).
Are you reading the thread for content? I was only pointing out that there may be some real debate and that is the cause for the delay. Follow the thread. Someone said they thought there was a glitch and that was why things weren't posted. I responded by saying that coaches were called and if the decision was made people would know by now. Sorry that not all coaches were called. I did not sit in front of my computer last year. For all I know I was called within a few minutes of it being posted. Maybe I was called right after the meeting - I did not record the time of the phone call.
I am worried about you. You seem very much on edge. Dude, step away from the computer. Go for a walk. Have a beer. Something. Calm down - you will know soon enough.
no link?
No official announcement was made, at least that I can find. I bet the above post is correct. I hope it worked out for you.
my team got an auto bid.
Pretty sure the list above is correct. It is for our region at least.
