so i don't exactly agree with my coach's training. i'm not gonna post what it is, but basically, i got injured early on in the season and didn't start training until 3 or 4 weeks in. I started at 21, went to 20, 19:24, 18:34, 18:34, and then the last two weeks posted 18:07 and 18:12 respectively. Three weeks later, after the season ended and after training the way i think my body responds best i won the local turkey trot in 17:29, running in just trainers on a hilly course covered with oak leaves, leading the whole way with temps around 35. Most of that means nothing, but is it safe to say that i know how to coach me significantly better than my coach does or is this improvement just simply because i kept running?
