The Star Trac Pro Treadmills are commercial grade. Cost is around $5000 I believe.
They are good.
Current models can go up to 15% incline and the motor has a max speed of 16mph.
Any specific questions?

Looking into getting a refurbished one for $1300, I’m a little nervous about the refurbished part. Do I need a 220v line?
Sounds like you have some knowledge on the topic. Any suggestions on a good TM brand for around $1000? It will get a lot of use between my wife and I.
Thanks.

Don't be a dick. He made a thread specifically asking about treadmills. It's not like he went into every thread posting "I want to run on a treadmill because it's better."
Anyway, I'm interested too, anyone know?
Not that I feel the need to defend myself. But I live in western NY were we get a lot of snow and cold temps. I can handle the cold, but there are days were the snow makes it dangerous to run outside (poor footing and out of control cars).
I do most of my easy days outside. However, I like to do some of my quality days on the TM (hills and tempo mostly).
