Yogurt with Granola
French Toast with Yogurt and Syrup
Egg and Cheese in Tortilla with Salsa
Miso Soup with left over Veggies, Rice and Fish
Oatmeal with Yogurt and Rasins
All of these are fast, easy and taste good--my top three morning priorities.
Whole Wheat tortilla/english muffin w/peanut butter
Yogurt smoothie
Usually toast with honey and a couple hard boiled eggs.
My favorite is left over Chinese food cooked with scrambled eggs and rolled up in a tortilla. You'd be suprised, almost any Chinese dish will work. General Tso's chicken is best.
Choice of:
Oatmeal with raisins or frozen blueberries.
Oat squares cereal w/ rice milk
Hemp granola w/rice milk
Served with:
16oz grapefruit or pineapple juice
French (roast and press) coffee or Japanese Sencha green tea

my favourite would have to be jumbo oat meal porridge cooked in full fat milk with a mixture of sultanas and cinnamon... now i horse that cinnamon in so its quite strong but yet satisfying.
if i have no porridge large bowl of special k and sprinkle of sugar will have to do.

Personally, I eat a bowl and half of Wheaties every morning, unless I'm out, and then it's a pb&j bagel.

I like oatmeal when I'm out backpacking or climbing, but boy do I have to crap 30 min later.
Tortilla with cheese and hot sauce. Start to done eating in three minutes.
Whiskey over Wheaties. Seen it done, my friends.
Omelette. Or eggs over easy, bacon and sausage. 2 cups of coffee
ya my favorite is just an easy bowl of cereal, maybe a bagel or something, but usually i'm good with cereal and some fruit, usually banana's

I like vanilla yogurt with a scoop of white rice and a cut up mango all mixed together. Sounds weird, but really quite tasty.
Always 1-3 cups of coffee with skim milk to drink. I always eat a piece of fruit, usually a banana or apple. Then I eat either cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, or waffles. Right now I've mostly been eating Grape Nut O's with skim milk and a sliced banana. It's good.
