Ive just seen a 5k time steve ablitt did the other week at bushy park. 14.57 for a 5k on a shail course, pretty useful!!
this guy has got to be one of the most naturally talented lads england has to offer when he gets in some training and gets his head together?
Possibly ablitt for the euro trials or more reastically next years world cross trials??

steve is flying and it is good to see, he's a good mate and he know hows to enjoy life and also put the training in, he has gone back to mick woods training so it shows it is working.
Back to mick woods' training? when did he leave that group? thought he had always been coached by woods?
i wouldnt bet against him having a decent winter after xmas when he has got a while of big mileage etc. the guys to talented..
Think he will get around 14.25, no quicker unless he works on his speed. Had a quick look at power of 10, not bad 1500m and 800 though could do with been quicker..
why no quicker? the guy was pushing farah all the way a few years ago when he was an u17 running against u20s, and winning!!!
altho his haircut has much to be desired!!
