YOU'VE HAD THREE EVULSION FRACTURES!
I have one in my ischial tuberosity, basically by butt bone in the left cheek. It hurts to sit for long times when I haven't stretched or have tight hamstrings. Long drives and sitting through class is almost unbearable. Its thrown off my left leg and lead to a bunch of other related injuries.
My question to you is: how the hell could this happen? I've had one and it hurts, but I try to take care of everything to keep it from getting worse, I just don't know what to say.
i'd say he is a fool!
Actually running was good to me. I used to bragg that I had no major running-related injuries for over 20 years.I went to Oly Trials at 35.
For the last three years, however, I decided to do another sport (modern pentathlon - shooting, fencing, swimming, equestrian, running)Though I fell off the horse several times, I am pretty sure it\'s not from that. Strangelly enough, I felt pain when I did my swimming kick sets. We runners are notoriously bad at that, posiibly because of high bone density and no ankle flexibility. Apparently I tries do hard that my sartorius came clear off the bone and also to abdominal muscles that attach near the pubic symphysis.
yep ... another old fart!
