BC girls top 3. I agree w/ UNC men not top 5. The UNC girls top 5 for sure. UVgay...that's awesome.

The real battle is for 4th. Duke looks strong but young. Clemson has top guy, but 4 and 5 will hurt. I think 4th will come down to my 'Heels and Va. Tech. Pretty tight 1-5 for both squads. I'll give the nod to the Carolina blue baby!

The other battle is for the caboose. Miami will be tough to dethrone for the last spot. But Maryland and Ga. Tech might have something say about that!

as for individual champ, got to be looking at wesley smith, jan foerster, jon crews, matt clarke, andy biladeau, or ryan foster.

I will give the individual title to Biladeau and the team title to NC State (they like to peak for ACCs).

where is the race is it at panorama farms?

I would be surprised if Pat Mellea from BC is not in the mix, he was 2 secs behind Smith at ND Meet ahead of all other NC State guys.

I think Foerster will win the title this year.

second place is a battle between 10 guys... will be fun to watch.

does anyone else think that the women's race could be one of the most exciting cross races of the year? just about anyone can win, and just about anyone can finish eighth...

Expect Duke to finish in top 4 at ACC... they have a young team with a lot of heart and talent. The next few years will be VERY interesting for them.

Just a little interesting stat about Panorama Farms: John Crews holds the HIGH SCHOOL course record there with a 15:13 from 2002 when he beat Kippy Keino (15:24) and Ryan Foster (15:45).
