WTF is "Breaking New"??????????????
WTF is "Breaking New"??????????????
Will this be on Tv or pay-for-view?? Should I get a satellite dish? Will I have to wait for Flocast? Will Tim McLoone be running among the masses?? Please answer, I have a long trip to NY and I want to make sure it is not wasted.
This is the dumbest thread I have ever read. Stop.
Each athlete gets 10 tickets for family and friends at the 5.3 mile mark. This also includes a backstage pass to the elite portapotty and a ticket into the NYC pasta feed. I will accept all offers over $100.
Our permit for for the Sheeps Meadow hot air ballon viewing flight was recinded by the nycdept of civil avation with no explaination. Full Refunds of the 25 dollar tickets will be issued to all who paid by CC others will get a refund check with-in 8 business days.
Sorry but you can't fight city hall in NYC.

I heard from a high placed source that the Army is recalling a full division from Iraq to handle crowd control for the morning.
I just heard that Malanie Keyescate, daughter of a highly place NYC Agency Director will sing the National Anthem on the NBC morning show before the OT race.

Not only that, but the city has called the Air Force and will have an AWACS handling the helicopter and balloon traffic in the area. Demand for space in the park is so great, people are taking to the air in droves just to catch a glimpse of the spectacle.

Most of the leaves are still on the trees in CP, so even if you could do this, you wouldn't be able to see anything from above.

Does "unpresidented" mean that no heads of state, companies or student bodies will be in view?
Does Mary Wittenberg actually have head of state status?

She is beyond that, she is goddess of the universe.
If you talk about her any other way, the female moderators in NY will ban you.
Here is Berkeley, there is also a huge buzz about the trials. The Cal football stadium is being used to broadcast the trials on their huge screen. Unfortunately, this event sold out within minutes. There was more demand for the trials than the Washington State game later in the day.
I'm going to head over to the stadium right now and climb one of the trees nearby to hold a spot until Saturday morning. I'm going to bring some tag body spray along because I think the hippy protesters are still there.
This thread is like Orson Wells' "War of the Worlds" and should be stopped immediately for the good of the public interest, lest a virtual riot should breakout.
best thread ever...
Isn't NASA bringing back DISCOVERY early so the astronauts can watch the race? I think they are landing at LaGuardia at about 5 a.m. Saturday so the crew can get to the park in time to see the start of the race. Also heard a diaper-wearing, former crew member drove 1,000 miles without stopping just to buy the tickets. Wanted to make sure everyone had good seats.
