Week 4 of 12 (base training)
Monday: 3 miles easy
Tuesday: 5 miles easy
Wednesday: 6 miles easy, felt good
Thursday: 3 miles easy
Friday: 5 miles easy
Saturday: 6 miles very easy, didn't feel all that great
Sunday: 7 miles easy, felt good again
Total: 35
Good week, most since June. Plan to drop down to 20 this week as it is a compensation week. Also plan to start form drills twice a week.
