Question for those of you who are in the business. Long story short - graduated 4yrs ago and have since basically been coaching xc, in/outdoor track @ my alma mater. $$ pretty much sucks, but I'm pretty into what I'm doing.
A runner that I graduated w/ went to work for Marsh (HUGE brokerage firm) right out of school and although he's not really loving it, he's making bank. He has a way to get me in at an entry level position w/ huge earning potential over the next 12-18mo (BIG - $150K+). Anyway, for those of you who are in the business, does it suck as much as it looks like from the outside? Looks boring as hell - trying to figure out how much $$ is worth to get rid of the job I like.
Thanks for the feedback.
