Hello, Darren. May I suggest you get one of the books on Dellinger. They are readily available. You can learn a lot by reading them as well as some by other coaches -- Daniels, Martin & Coe, Lydiard, etc. I wish you the best of luck.
I thought about this wonderful thread, and all the wonderful responses to it so far, as I did my run this morning:
90mins.
1st 6400m in 30:17 wakeup jog.
2nd 6400m in 28:06 normal easy pace.
3rd 6400m in 25:15 tempo.
Last 1300m in 6:22 jog.
