For about a month, I've had joint pain where my legs connect to my hips, my ankles, and my overall feet. I can usually "warm up" and it will go away but I don't want to push my luck and have this become a serious problem. I've been a little fatigued too/not recovering well. Any advice?
I do 60-80 mpw, female, low 18 5K, sub 3 marathon, running in Mizuno Elixer and Wave Creation 10. Trying to keep up a good high protein/carb diet. Run on asphault/packed dirt trails/rubber track/occassional concrete (but try to avoid it). I do lower leg strength exercises and I'm also working on my core and back. So, it's not like I'm ignoring body parts.
