I don't know if I remember this right... but in "Running With The Buffaloes" does it mention something about (when racing) taking it "easy" on hills as a training theory of Wetmore?
Is that really a theory of Wetmore, and if so, what's the reasoning?
I have no idea if I remembered this or dreamt it or completely made it up. I tried researching it... and just didn't feel like going through the book in an attempt to find it.
