I'm not sure if you realize this, but guys can make girls feel like shit too. But, you really shouldn't let it get to you because there is so much more to life. Relationships don't define it. You do.

No. This is the wrong answer. Don't just focus on running. Figure out what is wrong with the situation and fix it. Are they making you feel bad because they won't date you? You need to rise above women and have more self-confidence.

I hate when people say, "just focus on running". That never works because guys will never do that. Women are a big part of guys lives and need to be balanced in the equation.

Guys can and do that. Just because you can't, doesn't mean you should generalize for the entire population.

It all depends on what the situation is. If your girlfriend is making you feel bad about you deciding to go play poker on wednesday night instead of going to a chick flick with her, then she is trying to manipulate you so that she can have the upper hand in the relationship....DON'T let this happen. If you do, she'll break up with you down the road because deep down she wants someone who is in control. By all means, stay in the relationship, agree to take her out another night or whatever, but don't let her make you feel like you're a bad boyfriend.

If, on the other hand, you've met someone you like and you fooled around and then she went and hooked up with another dude the next night, or you found out that she was using you to get back at an ex, then forget her. She isn't worth your time.
