I am training for the upcoming XC season, and I am at about 60 miles a week right now, not too much mileage yet but enough to get back into the swing of things.
I did a long run on Sunday of 1:34 at just over 7 minute pace. I took the next day off as I wasn't feeling too great. Went for a 40 minute easy run last night and after that run the side of my foot hurt, directly below my ankle about a 1/2 inch from the bottom of my foot.
What could be the problem here?
