I haven’t run in over a year but now am trying to get back into the swing of things. I have excellent leg speed and have pr’s of 46 for the 400m and 1:17 for the 600m. Today, I ran 2 broken 600m. Thats a 400m followed by a 200m with 45’s of rest in between. I took 15 minutes of rest in between sets. On my first set, I ran 53sec’s then a 28 for the 200m. On my second set, I ran 55 followed by another 28. I know it seems pedestrian like but remember I only have a month of base workouts in the past year. What 800 time could I run with that workout?
